In early 2007, April Koppenhaver participated in a ten week course called "Master Planner", offered through the Lancaster County Planning Commission. Student reports were compiled into a book that is entitled "Spring 2007 Master Planner Independent Study Papers", available at the Lancaster County Planning Commission Library for future reference by the county and the public.
