WHEREAS, The Authority has received funding approval from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Office of Budget, for the project known as the Lancaster Convention Center and Hotel Project (the "Project");

WHEREAS, The Authority will utilize Redevelopment Assistance Capital funding to undertake the Project;

WHEREAS, the Commonwealth requires the compliance with certain Special Conditions before any grant funds can be released; and

WHEREAS, the Authority must provide a Statement on Compliance Requirements to the Commonwealth in order to satisfy one of the Special Conditions of the grant.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Lancaster (the "Authority"), hereby approves and authorizes the execution by its officers of the Statement on Compliance Requirements in satisfaction of Special Condition #13 of Grant Contract ME 300-425.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the officers of the Authority are hereby authorized to take whatever other actions are necessary in furtherance of the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
